My plumbers were professional, clean, and polite. They managed to cut a hole in the ceiling, approximately 2 x 2’ and still cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly to my dogs. They were on time and gave great notice regarding pricing, expected time of arrival, etc. I’ve been trying for months to repair this leak. I tried other plumbers. None of them came close to the quality I got with Ostrom.

They replaced a dishwasher which required upgrading the kitchen plumbing. The work appears well done. Incredibly professional and knowledgeable about work that needed to be done. I’m not sure they are the cheapest in town but the work is done correctly the first time and amazing support before and after service. Without question will use them again and highly recommend.

This is the 2nd time using Ostrom for home repairs and I'm again impressed with the quality or service. They immediately identified the problem with our furnace, and once the part arrived quickly installed it. The initial call back once I submitted a request was extremely quick--maybe 20 mins and this was very late into the evening. Everyone was so professional and friendly. I've used them for plumbing services before as well with outstanding results. They are definitely my go to from now on!

Josh from Ostrom was timely and professional. He troubleshooted and kept me informed through the whole process. He attempted to save me money by researching potential options for parts. Though his efforts didn't yield a repair, I was still appreciative of all the hard work he put in to help reduce the cost. He was really clean too, he swept up all the dirt from installation. My water heater works wonderfully. This was effortless! I would recommend them anytime!
