Kevin and Connor were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work around. Kevin explained repairs in detail. The area was cleaned after the repairs. Kevin and Connor have wonderful and pleasant personalities. I can't say enough good things about these gentlemen. They represent Ostrom as professional young men. Both are definitely an asset for Ostrom. I signed up for a maintenance agreement. Looking forward to working with these young men in the future.

Ryan came out to do a scheduled plumbing evaluation as part of our regular maintenance package. In the course of trying to locate my main water shutoff he discovered I had 3 inches of water in my crawl space and that my sump pump wasn't working which was a major problem since it is raining heavily today. Ryan rearranged his whole day so he could address my emergency situation & had all the work completed in less than 2 hours. He provided excellent advice and worked with me find the most efficient solution. Very satisfied customer.

Kyle was excellent! Kyle identified 3 different areas where our pipes had broken due to the recent freeze and fixed everything on the spot. He was courteous, professional, and wonderful to work with. I have used Ostrom’s several times and have always had excellent service.
