You’ll take comfort in knowing our technicians are drug-tested and background-checked—first-rate providers are all we’ll allow into your home.

  • Service Fees. No dispatch fees during normal weekday business hours. Reduced after-hours emergency service dispatch fees of $129. You will receive the same quality service as always but pay only from the standard pricing menu.
  • Home Safety Check-Up. We will conduct a thorough annual inspection of the most important electrical equipment in your home to make sure you and your family are safe from the dangers of electrical fire, damage, or shock. Performing this valuable inspection now reduces the potential for disastrous failures in the future.
  • Service Partner™ Home Safety Promise. Our commitment to your family’s safety is so passionate that we promise to annually return to your home and inspect your home and test your life safety equipment. If any smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, or ground-fault-interrupter receptacle we installed fails—it will be replaced FREE!

Plumbing Partner Benefits

If you always worry about clogged drains, water leaks, and other plumbing issues, our Plumbing Partner plan may just be the perfect option for you.

  • Service Fees. We waive the dispatch fee for our Plumbing Partners during normal weekday business hours. We also reduce the after-hours emergency service dispatch fees to $129. As a plan member, you will receive the same quality service as always but pay only from the standard pricing menu.
  • On-Going Safety Inspections. Your peace-of-mind is our goal. We will assess your home’s plumbing system annually to ensure they are in a safe operating condition. You will receive a detailed report of our findings and we will explain any concerns. We will also alert you to potential emergencies before they become disruptive problems. Any minor adjustments will be done—FREE. We will even call to schedule your appointments, so you won’t have to worry about it.
