On April 1st (April fools day - go figure) my wife called me at work telling me there was smoke coming from our service panel. After advising her to contact the local fire department and having the meter pulled I left work to start what appeared to be a not so good vacation. With no power to find an electrician on my computer I had to do a search through my blackbery and OSTROM Electrical popped up. After talking with Steve, he had a service tech at my house within an hour. 4.5 hours later we had a new service panel, junction box, wiring and most off all, "POWER". I was surprised at how professional Daniel was on the install and how fast. I couldn't beleive this was happening to me on a Friday right before I was to start my vacation. I have recommended OSTROM to every one I know since that day. Now I am covered under their partner program and feel better knowing that I am under the umbrella of OSTROM Electrical.
